What personal data is collected and why
There is a contact form on our site and that contact form provides a secure process to securely manage your message and get it to the appropriate recipient (in the first instance the owner and operator of Professor Squozz and the Adventure Tots). The recipient will then provide the appropriate response using your indicated preferred contact method and will then securely archive correspondence.
The method by which you contact us (phone, email, Whatsapp) is the method by which we will respond and we will respond appropriately. That correspondence will then be archived and stored appropriately.
You may be asked for personal information when coming on a Professor Squozz and the Adventure Tots quest, and this will be requested by the Assistant leading the session. This information could include details of your child in order to register them and be able to contact you in future about Professor Squozz’s future adventures. The Assistant will explain all of this fully and will be responsible for storing and holding your information securely.
When you visit this site the server and site security software may process and store your computer’s IP address (which contains approximate location information) within the scope of the law, to prevent unauthorised access and ensure the site works as intended.
